Affirming therapy tailored for neurodivergence, trauma, attachment wounds, and navigating life’s challenges.
My name is Tiffany Gloeckler (MSW, RSW), and I support adults navigating the challenges life presents: trauma, grief, stress, life transitions, workplace issues, relationship and communication concerns, new diagnoses, and the complexities of being human. During difficult times, it’s common to feel disconnected from yourself or others and uncertain about where to turn. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
My approach is shaped by both professional training and personal experience. Growing up with a chronic illness and later being diagnosed with ADHD and ASD in adulthood, I understand what it feels like to navigate systems that may not be designed for you. These experiences inform my practice, which is grounded in empathy, nuance, and deep respect for each person’s unique story.
I believe therapy is most effective when you feel understood, not judged or pressured to explain or prove yourself. While I can’t promise to understand every experience, I commit to curiosity over judgment, transparency, and creating a collaborative space where your autonomy and goals remain central.
I offer therapy for individual adults, with sessions available in-person in Edmonton and online across Alberta.
Affirming support for neurodivergent adults, whether newly diagnosed, exploring assessment, or navigating daily challenges. Therapy is tailored to your processing style and nervous system, emphasizing clarity, regulation, sustainability, and autonomy.
When past experiences influence emotional or physical responses, such as shutdown, overwhelm, intrusive memories, or difficulty feeling safe. Experiential therapies like EMDR and Coherence Therapy facilitate deeper processing to promote healing beyond mere symptom management.
Support for those feeling depleted, numb, irritable, or overwhelmed. Therapy focuses on recovery from long-term stress while addressing the strain on the nervous system and coping mechanisms that develop over time.
For individuals who feel constantly on edge, overstimulated, shut down, or unable to settle fully. Somatic and experiential approaches help you understand your nervous system and gradually build capacity for regulation and safety.
For clients seeking concrete strategies to manage emotions, distress, and interpersonal challenges. Tools are collaboratively integrated and paced to ensure nervous system safety.
You don’t need a specific concern or label to begin therapy. Many clients feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their issues. I support a wide range of concerns, and together we can explore what’s happening and determine the most helpful support.
